[Durham INC] Mini fitness parks

I've seen these in two (very disparate) places, sea-side in Tel Aviv and
trail-side in Morgantown, WV. I was surprised to see them in Morgantown
because I'd just assumed that I hadn't ever seen them in the US because
they were too much of a liability risk.

I think they're great, I'd love to see something like this in Durham parks.
