All new residential construction isn't a "plague".
Durham is a top 5 City, with a Research Park nationally regarded as being
only second to Silicon Valley.
The City of Durham is not a farm; we're referring to the n-o-r-m-a-l
Municipal behavior of upgrading and expanding a Downtown corridor of any
American city that desires to be respected by its peers.
