[Durham INC] Herald Sun item re: last night's candidate forum

Was there a recording apart from the 'official' BoCC chamber camera system
being made? (I'm unaware of such so no idea where/how to find and post).

 

If meaning Youtube of the BoCC system, think I heard it takes a little time
to collect and make available for posting to the interwebs vs. city
hall/public access recordings.

 

Don or Dick, can you confirm my recollection or advise?
