[Durham INC] Coffee with Council

Coffee with Council is an opportunity for citizens to speak on the budget.  It is one of the things that makes Durham a great place to live.  I live in Pac 3 an intend to speak on this issue.  If you are of similar though and live in another PAC please bring this idea to the Council.
