[Durham INC] April Zoning, Board of Adjustment, etc. notifications

I hope folks will make it out for the:

*Monday, April 4th- * 6-10pm for the case with Cornwallis Road development
next to Colony Park

and

*T**uesday April 5th*  8:30am hearing by the Historic Preservation
Committee on Golden Belt Local Historic District.

Also note that the Farrington Road re-zoning was a continuation from the
previous hearing to review the affordable housing report from the
consultant Lado before voting. The 4-3 approval with *Jonhson, Reese, and
Schewel* opposed is something we will need to keep our eyes on.

*Please note that the approval "Farrington Road" approval at the Leigh
Village Transit Stop create a mess for future developers to add any housing
with the traffic grade currently at "D" the added lanes will only keep the
grade at "D"at that intersection. *
