[Durham INC] neighborhood hero award?

Perhaps include recognizing Bill Anderson as the champion of the concept?

I often miss Bill, selfishly, when I have a question that I don’t really know how to field . . . that I would not have put to a listserve or One Call, but would email him and he always knew the folks who would solve the issue.
