[Durham INC] Delegate meeting -- postponed

I'm sorry I missed the October meeting, so I don't know where the minutes are.


However, we traditionally combine November and December meetings because of how close they fall to the holidays.  If the NIS room is available, the November / December meeting will be November 29th. I'll ask Lynwood to confirm.
