[Durham INC] City council meeting 11/21/16 re Berini Dr development by Pulte

This is a reminder that the folks at Berini Dr. will have their THIRD  public hearing tomorrow night at the City Council Chamber, on the same development.  It will be very helpful to their case if you can attend.  The Berini Dr folks were very supported in our case, at Colony Park, by attending our public hearings and sending emails. Please wear red when you attend.

Pulte and their attorney have received one continuance and now one delay.  I think these stalls are an attempt to wear down us, the concerned citizens.  After all Pulte’s staff and their attorney are being paid and do this work.  We the public have family and work concerns that limits are time, but not our concern.  

Our very concerned Planning Commissioners voted down this development 0-11.  Let’s come to the City Council meeting and watch the City Council vote not to approve this development.
