These changes seem to be simply clarifying what anyone sensible would understand we meant, except for a lawyer hired to find ways to cut corners for someone.

Please be advised of the upcoming Durham Planning Commission public hearing on proposed changes to the text of the Durham Unified Development Ordinance (UDO):
TC1600002 - TIA Expiration: An amendment to clarify that the period of validity of a traffic impact analysis (TIA), pursuant to Sec. 3.3, Traffic Impact Analysis, applies to a TIA submitted with a zoning map change with a development plan.
*Please note: this item was originally scheduled for the October Planning Commission meeting and was referred back to staff at staff's request.
The Durham Planning Commission will hold the public hearings on Tuesday, December 13, 2016, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at 101 City Hall Plaza, 1st Floor.
Agenda materials will be available online by November 30, 2016. The text of the proposed change may be viewed at http://durhamnc.gov/415/Pending-Text-Amendments. Interested parties may appear and speak at the public hearing. Substantial changes to the proposed action may be made following the public hearing.
