*        As Mayor William V. "Bill" Bell's term comes to an end, he will host his final State of the City Address with insights on the past, present, and future of Durham. This luncheon event will honor Mayor Bell for his 40 years of public service and 16 years as mayor of the City of Durham. *        As part of this year's address, WRAL Anchor and Reporter Gerald Owens<http://www.wral.com/rs/bio/1013416/> will host a conversation-style interview with Mayor Bell looking back over his 40 years of service, followed by remarks from Greater Durham Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Geoff Durham<http://durhamchamber.org/blog/durham-chamber-announces-new-president-and-ceo> on what's next for the Bull City. This year's address also includes a video featuring a look at a few relationships Mayor Bell has developed over the years and their thoughts on his lasting impact on Durham.
