*        As Mayor William V. "Bill" Bell's term comes to an end, he will host his final State of the City Address with insights on the past, present, and future of Durham. This luncheon event will honor Mayor Bell for his 40 years of public service and 16 years as mayor of the City of Durham. This year's address also includes a video featuring a look at a few relationships Mayor Bell has developed over the years and their thoughts on his lasting impact on Durham.
