[Durham INC] Durham Celebrates Bike Month! First Event on Monday

Bike Month will be celebrated in Durham throughout the month of May.  Through group rides, cyclist socials, giveaways, workshops, and other events, Bike Month provides opportunities for all Durham residents to celebrate bicycling in our community. The Bike Month Kick-off Social is on Monday, Monday May 1, from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at Ponysaurus (219 Hood Street).  Kick off bike month in Durham and learn about biking to work, other bike month activities, and efforts by the public and private sectors to improve cycling in the city.  Take part in a raffle for awesome prices, have your photo taken with your bike, get your bike tuned, and learn about efforts by the Durham Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Commission and Bike Durham to improve bicycling in Durham.
