[Durham INC] Parking Ninth St and down town

Hi,

I strongly desire that the city add 4 or 5 spaces in the Ninth St. Parking lot that would be free for pick up and delivery. This would be helpful for shipping, the Regulator and restaurants. Free parking spaces are also needed downtown for drug stores, restaurants and  cafes, bike stores and art galleries. I firmly believe taking this action would support these small businesses especially when some businesses are struggling to survive.

I appreciate your considering making these changes.

P. S. It appears that it is not possible to write the INC list serve and other individuals and groups at the same time.
