At May 8th Planning Commission
* 3736 Garrett Road -- From moderate residential to a planned residential with about 4 units per acre -- Near Garrett Farms
* 5123 Chin Page Road -- rural resident to light industrial -- small island of residential in the middle of industrial area (back from the month before)
Board of Adjustment cases from March and April:
* Minor special use for the school on Orange Factory Road (as covered in INC minutes)
* Variance on street yard setback at 1321 and 1325 Vickers
* Variance from the location requirements for an accessory structure on Blackford Court
* Variance from the location requirements for an accessory structure at 713 Brighhton
* A reasonable accommodation on the definition of family at 915 Brandon Road

* Lumley Road Assemblage -- rural residential to office, Lumley just west of s. Miami
* 3404 Page Road -- from Rural Residential to planned residential development -- also land use plan change

* 1004 Watts -- minor special use for expansion of a place of worship and a variance from "requirement of an onsite accessible space" (whatever that means)
* 704 Pettigrew -- minor special use for 2 unlimited message copy signs
* 3026 N. Roxboro -- minor special use to develop on non-conforming lot and variances on the boundary buffers
Neighborhood meetings:
* Nov 6 -- the Pinecrest proposal in Forest Hills that we have been hearing about
* Nov 9 -- south of Lumley near Rolling Pines, 8.08 acres for either offices or townhouse
* Nov 15 and November 28 -- Go Triangle proposal for repair/operations/maintenance facility on Farrington Road
* Nove 28 -- 100 acres to planned residential (includes annexation), it looks like south of Glover Road from Rt 147 to Rigsbee but it has address of 3714 Angier
* Nov 28 -- 1.9 acres on a flag parcel at 5246 N. Roxboro (just north of the Eno) to a bigger commercial and taking off a development plan
November 14th Planning Commission
