Unfortunately, I live around the corner from one of Durham’s Open Air Drug Markets: it is located at [approximately] 604 Lakeland St Durham NC 27701. It’s not formally listed in the Yellow Pages as such.... but, ALL the locals know using, buying and selling, is the nature of business here.  Yesterday morning (October 29, 2018) a young woman was brutally raped and beaten beyond recognition at this Open Air Drug Lounge. She survived. As of this morning, her assailants had not been apprehended.
