I don’t understand #1:  “returning the historic houses at Morehead and Vickers and building 17 townhouses at the site.”

I hope “restoring” is what you meant instead of “returning.”  I hope it is not  “removing.”

  1.  Neighborhood notice about returning the historic houses at Morehead and Vickers and build 17 townhouse at the site
  2.  Re-zoning for Hale Street Duplex -- To allow duplexes at 1020 Hale Street
  3.  A minor special use permit for a rooming house in a residential district at 2104 Riddle Road
  4.  A variance to add accessory use in a non-conforming accessory unit

It would be useful to look at what is good and bad about these proposals to see what comments the neighborhoods should make about the proposed changes to the UDO to "encourage density."
