The following proposed text amendment to the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) is available for public review and comment, and may be viewed at http://durhamnc.gov/415/Pending-Text-Amendments. No public hearings have been scheduled at this time. The Joint City-County Planning Committee (JCCPC) will provide comments and additional policy direction at its February 6, 2019, meeting.

TC1800010 – Neighborhood Protection Overlay Process: Amendments to Sec. 4.6, Neighborhood Protection Overlay (-P), and other associated sections of the Unified Development Ordinance to revise the process for initiating a neighborhood protection overlay.
