Annexation Petition
* Ellis Road Phase III (BDG1800002) A voluntary annexation petition to annex a contiguous parcel totaling 99.89 acres generally located at 3714 Angier Avenue.
* 301 Atkins Heights Boulevard (BDG1800010) A voluntary annexation petition to annex two contiguous parcels totaling 66.879 acres located at 7605 Fayetteville Road and 301 Atkins Heights Boulevard.
Plan Amendment
* 3920 South Alston Avenue (A1800002) A request to change the future land use designation of property located at 3920 South Alston Avenue from Commercial to Industrial.
* Ellis Road Phase III (A1700018) A request to change the future land use designation of property generally located at 3714 Angier Avenue from Industrial to Low Density Residential (4 du/ac or less).
Zoning Map Changes
* Ellis Road Phase III (Z1700052) A request to change the zoning of property generally located at 3714 Angier Avenue from Industrial Light, Residential Rural (IL, RR) to Planned Development Residential 3.575 (PDR 3.575).
* 3920 South Alston Avenue (Z1800005) A request to change the zoning of property located at 3920 South Alston Avenue from Office and Institutional (OI) to Industrial Light with a Development Plan (IL(D)).
* 1228 Carroll Street (Z1800018) A request to change the zoning of property located at 1228 Carroll Street from Residential Urban-5 (RU-5) and Residential Urban 5 with Duplexes Allowed (RU-5(2)) to Residential Urban-Multifamily with a Development Plan (RU-M(D)).

Street Closing
* Oregon Street Closing (SC1800001) A request to permanently close 1,794.18 linear feet of Oregon Street from Campus Drive north to Erwin Road.
Proposed Agreement Between the City of Durham and the City of Raleigh Defining Water and Sanitary Sewer Service Areas and Annexation Boundaries
* The City Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed agreement defining Water and Sanitary Sewer Service Areas and Annexation Boundaries between the City of Durham and the City of Raleigh, pursuant to GS Chapter 160A, Article 4A, Part 6.
