[Durham INC] Beloved Lemonade stand operator needs new heart + help from community

Dear neighbors, 

Some or many may know of the wonderful, always-smiling man who serves lemonade from his cart at our food truck rodeos these many years (and ‘round Durm town, farmers market etc.) – he’s been unwell for a time (despite continuing to work) and now needs a new heart/transplant. His wonderful wife Sylvia has sent their GoFundMe to share with those who might help and give – large medical procedures can be tough for our self-employed, small mom-and-pop operations! We would want to greet all our family and friends with peace and also give you all a further update of my husband's Fahim health crisis and the uphill battle that we are up against.
