This month's batch of neighborhood meetings:

  *   June 13: 10/5 acres near Guess and Landis to become light industrial (with a creek as a boundary of the property)
  *   June 13: follow-up meeting on adding some properties (totaling about 57 acres) to 107 acres talked about in October, at Leesville and US 70, changing from a mix of low-is density residential, commercial and industrial to PDR with a mix of 4-8 units / acre on some and 7-8 units per acre on the rest
  *   June 24:  a conservation subdivision on 211 acres just west of the intersection of Baptist and Santee
  *   June 27: 140 acres near the intersection of East Carver and Cub Creek, from industrial to PDR allowing 4-8 units per acre (there are some creeks in the way)
  *   July 1: 955 Old Oxford Road (at East Carver) from a mix of light industrial and big commercial to PDR with 4-8 units per acre
  *   July 8: changing the density in a PDR from 2.31 to 2.169 for about 75 acres at 1301-1312 Goodwin Road (near Infinity and Snow Hill)

This month's list of notices about neighborhood meetings to talk about developers' s plans includes:

  *   May 7: 101.5 acres for PDR for land between Cheek and Geer (odd shaped property on Cheek between Harvest and Logan
  *   May 9: for a big chunk of land south of Geer and going across Ferrell and Carpenter to low and medium density residential
  *   May 14: a facility to store RVs and boats at 4615 Leesville Road (zoning change from rural residential to commercial)
  *   May 28: developing a retail building (fora nail salon, they say) on 4/5 acre just north of the Circle K on Fayetteville
  *   May 30: 109 acres to go to a PDR on the north side of Leesville, near Andrews Chapel and Carpenter Pond Rd.
  *   June 6: 4 acres on the SW corner of Old Chapel Hill and Farrington, to zoning that would allow 32 multi-family units
  *
