[Durham INC] nov/dec INC meeting: Hold the date Dec 10

The 4th Tuesday in November is 2 days before Thanksgiving and the 4th Tuesday in December is Christmas Eve.  Therefore we tentatively moved the combined meeting to December 10.

We are checking whether the conference room will be available but in the meantime, please hold that date.
