Interneighborhood Council (INC) seeks members from each neighborhood 
across Durham City and County for a broad representation of views and 
opinions as we discuss local issues. Please join us as guests or new 
members on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. at the Golden Belt 
Arts Complex, 807 E. Main St. The meetings are held in the conference 
room of the Department of Neighborhood Improvement Services on the third 
floor of Building #2.  Parking is available in front and in the rear. 
REMINDER: INC Dues were due in January.
