[Durham INC] Covid-19 CDC Guidance

Dear INC community,

Let's do what we can to help our friends, families and communities in 
this time of uncertain economic impact! Attached is guidance from the 
Centers for Disease Control on keeping our places safe, and the link is 
included below. Please post (and adhere to) this guidance at home and at 
work and encourage others to do the same. For most people, it's possible 
to incorporate these actions without going into total isolation or 
deserting local businesses.

Also recognize that our city and county governments were hit with a 
digital virus -- please be patient with these folks as they recover from 
those problems
