[Durham INC] homeless during the pandemic in Durham

I just saw a man on Roxboro Rd. at the Riverview Shopping Center Harris
Teeter with a sign that said "My wife and I are homeless.  Please
help."     What is the status of hotel rooms for homeless at this time?
