Hi, Dan,

Thanks for the comment/correction.

The resolution has been moved and seconded, but technical corrections
are often handled as friendly amendments.

Accordingly, these changes are (I believe) on the attached version.

I have also highlighted the word "curbed" as perhaps "limited" may be
more appropriate.  Perhaps not much difference.  "Nuance," a word I'm
not always comfortable with.

In any case, the resolution awaits a vote tonight.
