[Durham INC] INC meeting NEXT Tuesday

The regular INC meeting will be on zoom on July 28th (which is the 4th Tuesday -- this is only the 3rd Tuesday even though Friday was the 3rd Friday, which is confusing me...)

Derek Bowens will be talking about elections in November if you want to publicize the meeting.
