The location is on the east side of Farrington Road between Ephesus Church Road and NC 54. Location: 5109 Farrington Road is the address of the now-closed Patterson’s Mill Country Store. Likely buildout on this rolling site would be 66 units. The tracts back up to I-40.

Morningstar Law Group is hosting a virtual neighborhood meeting to discuss a potential zoning map change for four parcels located at 5109, 5117, 5251 and 5271 Farrington Road. The properties are zoned Residential Suburban-20 (RS-20) with I-40 Major Transportation Corridor Overlay (MTC I40) and Falls/Jordan District B Watershed Overlay (F/J-B) with a request to Planned Development Residential with a density of no more than 3.3 dwelling units per acre. The application may involve a Tier Boundary change, and an annexation petition. The meeting will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2020, starting at 6:00 P.M.
