Durham's Partnership for Children has two exciting community updates. Please read below.



1) Community Reopening Statement regarding Reopening of Durham PreK Programs for the 2020-2021 School Year! Please see the attached document.



2) Moving Announcement from Danielle Johnson, Executive Director:


Greetings,



I hope this email finds each of you well and thriving. As we enter a new school and program year, the Partnership is pleased to announce that we are moving. Where, you may be asking. We are remaining in our building 1201 S. Briggs Ave. but are moving into Suite 100. We anticipate being in our new space by August 10th.



You may be wondering the reason behind the move since we have not reopened.  Although we have not reopened, we are expanding. Beginning on September 1st  our Early Head Start program will not have a Delegate agency providing oversight. Instead, the Partnership will have direct oversight and operation of the program. This means staff working on the EHS program will be direct Durham's Partnership for Children staff.



We are grateful for the services and support of CHTOP who has served as our Delegate agency and look forward to a continued partnership on other programs/projects.
