help the Fair Housing Project of Legal Aid of North Carolina uncover
instances of housing discrimination (by race, color, religion, national
origin, sex familial status or disability) in the community. The FHP will
pay a small stipend and mileage roundtrip for each assignment.

Testers only need to attend one training class; registration is required.

For nearly two years, the Racial Equity Task Force has engaged Durham on
issues of racial equity, researched policies and best practices, and
developed recommendations to address the impact of racism throughout our
community. One of the Task Force’s key recommendations is to create and
