[Durham INC] Upcoming Bike Durham community meeting and bike safety talk

I want to invite you to Bike Durham's first community meeting of 2021 on
Wednesday, February 17h at 7pm.

We have been preparing for the coming year and are excited to share with
you, including:

   - Introduction of our new board members. Read about them here
