[Durham INC] Planning Commission Meeting/Agenda

Tom Miller mentioned at the last meeting that there was an omnibus text
change to the UDO coming up at tomorrow's Planning Commission meeting. Here
is a link to the agenda center page and there is a download button on the
right where you can get the agenda.

There is a link to download the text amendment change document. I share his
concern that these text amendments are consistently characterized by the
staff as being less consequential than they really are. Take a look, but
you have to go beyond the introduction to find the truth of the story.
