[Durham INC] Northgate Park Food Truck Pop-up POSTPONED

WRAL severe weather news report for 03/18 states that the timeline for 
the severe threat appears to be from 2PM through 8PM with a high risk of 
damaging winds and tornado.

As a result we will be postponing our March Pop-Up to a later date - new 
announcement soon.
