[Durham INC] Black Meadow Ridge before Board of Adjustment 3/23

Board of Adjustment will hear about 3 more motions regarding Black Meadow
Ridge on 3/23 at 8:30 am.
This is a public meeting but the public can only listen. The neighbors
oppose the density and the use of old zoning codes from the 60's by secret
agreement with the previous Planning dept chair for a more recently labeled
significant wild area just south of West Point on the Eno city park. (very
troubling)

This neighborhood presented to INC 2 years ago and has a website about the
project. If someone knows more about the present status, I would appreciate
an update.
