I suppose this is one of the mysterious "motion to dismiss" items in Friday's e-mail from the Planning (I'm sorry, the Endorse Any Development) Department:

Motions

  *   Motion to stay the review of site plan case number D1900225.
  *   Motion to dismiss the Appeal of the Administrative Decision case number B2000018.
  *   Motion to dismiss the "appeal narrative" from evidence provided for appeal case number B2000018.

The idea of city/county staff entering into secret agreements with commercial entities is concerning.  What is the position of the current Director?

This is a public meeting but the public can only listen. The neighbors oppose the density and the use of old zoning codes from the 60's by secret agreement with the previous Planning dept chair for a more recently labeled significant wild area just south of West Point on the Eno city park. (very troubling)

This neighborhood presented to INC 2 years ago and has a website about the project. If someone knows more about the present status, I would appreciate an update.
