[Durham INC] Watts-Hillandale and Old West Durham July 4 Parade - You are Invited!

If your own neighborhood's festivities permit, please come to the
Watts-Hillandale and OWD July 4 parade tomorrow.  It's the 72nd anniversary
of the event.  The parade starts at the corner of West Club Blvd and Oakland
Avenue at 10 a.m.  please come at about 9:50 to be in place for the
beginning.

 

It's a short foot parade.  Perfect for kids.  If you have a flag, bring it
with you!  After the parade, we'll recite the Pledge and the OK Chorale will
lead us in singing the Star Spangled banner and other songs.  There will be
a nice cold soft drink waiting for you.
