*Brownfields Assessment, Revolving Loan Fund (RLF), and Cleanup (ARC) Grant
Funding*



EPA has announced the availability of funds and solicits applications from
eligible entities for Brownfields Assessment, Revolving Loan Fund (RLF),
and Cleanup Grant funding. The application submission deadline is *December
1, 2021*.

*Outreach Webinars*



EPA will provide two guideline outreach webinars to assist applicants with
understanding the FY 2022 Assessment, RLF, and Cleanup Grant Guidelines.

   - Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 2 PM ET

*Section 128 (a) Grant Funding*



Section 128(a) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation,
and Liability Act (CERCLA), as amended, authorizes a noncompetitive $50
million grant program to establish or enhance state and tribal response
programs. Generally, these response programs address the assessment,
cleanup, and redevelopment of brownfields and other sites with actual or

Brownfields contact, listed on the last page of the guidance, prior to
submitting their funding request.
