[Durham INC] Dates for neighborhood luminaries

An excellent tool! Tom, hope you don't mind if I share this with our
neighborhood's organizers as a suggested useful insert, or one of similar
language. We have folks who work on Spanish translation for our
neighborhood communications so might be able to do that as well. Thanks!
