overwhelming number of complicated benefits and network designs. A proposal

The Affordable Care Act (ACA) requires most private health plans to fully
cover preventive services, like pre-exposure prophyalxis (PrEP), a
medication that protects against HIV. However, some insurers still make

the ACA's preventive services protections.
