*Recording available: Virtual training “Engaging in COP27: A Training for
Indigenous Peoples”*

In partnership with Tribal Link Foundation, the International Indigenous
Peoples Forum on Climate Change, and the International Indian Treaty
Council, the Forest Declaration Platform hosted a virtual training for
Indigenous Peoples attending the UNFCCC COP27 in Sharm El-Sheikh.

This training seeks to provide Indigenous Peoples with the historical
background and strategic approaches to effectively engage with the UNFCCC
Conference of Parties (COP).

The world faces a $800 billion per year biodiversity funding gap, funds
needed to protect and restore nature. UNDP-BIOFIN is at the forefront of
