*Discussions:*

During each meeting, we hold space for delegates to discuss their
neighborhood concerns. Largely, these concerns typically center on zoning
and land use issues, but here are a few that did not.

We discussed voting to support the Durham Committee on the Affairs of Black
People <https://www.dcabp.org/> budget request. Their priority items for
ARPA funds and overall principle for budget allocations in 2022.

*Comprehensive Plan
<https://www.google.com/url?q=https%3A%2F%2Fengagedurham.com%2Fcomprehensive-plan-april-2022-project-update%2F&sa=D&sntz=1&usg=AOvVaw2jHg-0zT1taBQX4sjCNihK>*

These draft policies cover a range of topics from housing and
neighborhoods, transportation, environment, and jobs and education. The
Planning Staff has been in the process of updating the comprehensive plan.

Issued a letter of resolution in support of the Hayti Reborn Project.

Unfortunately, I’ve more than likely overlooked someone and for that, I’ll
extend my sincere apologies. But folks, I thank you for showing up and
participating in the conversation. As we move toward 2023, we’d like to
hear from you. What are the topics that are of interest to you, who would
you like to hear from?

You can email me your suggestions at *nitab48 at gmail.com
<nitab48 at gmail.com>.*

In closing, on behalf of the entire INC delegation, I send congratulations
to Sarah and David on the new additions to their families. May you be
blessed with peaceful nights, and days filled with joy.
