Good morning and happy Friday!

You are receiving this message either as a member of the Policy Working
Groups or the Outreach Team or both. There are two important meetings
coming up next week on the new Comprehensive Plan that our team wanted to
call your attention to:

   - This Tuesday, February 28 beginning at 5:30PM at the Planning
   Commission meeting will be the first public hearing on the new
   Comprehensive Plan. This project is the second item on the meeting agenda.
   More information on how to join that meeting can be found here:

   - Next Saturday, March 4 from 10:30AM-12PM will be our final open house
   engagement session on the full draft Comprehensive Plan. This meeting will
   be held at the Campus Hills Recreation Center (this has been rescheduled
   from Thursday, February 9). More information can be found here:
   https://durham.mysocialpinpoint.com/comprehensiveplan.

We invite you all to participate in both of these opportunities and we ask
for your assistance sharing these events with anyone who may be interested.

Upcoming Planning Commission Hearing and Rescheduled Campus Hills event

The formal adoption process for the Comprehensive Plan begins at Planning
Commission on Tuesday, February 28. The Open House meeting at I.R. Holmes
Recreation Center has been rescheduled for Saturday, March 4 at 10:30AM.
