[Durham INC] Opportunity to address the council on SCAD at tonight's City Council meeting

The 751 one is especially one to stay out of since the NC legislature intervened to force Durham to do what the developer was demanding (like threatening to hold his breath until we gave him what he wanted.)

These are rezoning cases, they are specific to the properties they concern.  I don’t see SCAD opportunities.
