[Durham INC] It's time to vote in Participatory Budgeting for 2023

In Participatory Budgeting, the community decides how to spend part of the City's budget, specifically the $2.4M City Council has budgeted for projects that residents have proposed.  These proposals range from facilities at parks and recreation opportunities to pedestrian and DHA safety.  The full set of proposed projects is at: https://www.pbdurham.org/cycle_3
