[Durham INC] Outcome of SCAD hearing?

There is absolutely no news coverage on this.  I checked the N&O, WRAL,
Herald Sun, and the IndyWeek.  Nothing.  No wonder this council can get
away with anything it wants.  The decimation of local news has destroyed
our democracy.
