[Durham INC] Outcome of SCAD hearing?

It HAS been going on a long time for THEM: there were two presentations to
JCCPC prior to the August 30, 2022 meeting when the general public was
invited. The proponents have been working on it for several years. And they
have made adjustments to it based on feedback from the PD and JCCPC. But
the fact that they made law that they did not have an understanding of its
content before they voted was reckless.
