[Durham INC] Outcome of SCAD hearing?

It could be that they mention the parking because many in Raleigh
--especially small business owners-- are already suffering the results of
no available parking. There have been several stories on TV and print about
that in recent weeks. And it is more logical for the largest cities because
at least there is robust public transit. Not so much in Durham.
