Durham County Seeks Input for its Website Redesign
Durham, N.C. – Durham County Government is embarking on a comprehensive website redesign project, and we'd like your input.  What are you looking for when visiting the Durham County website? Are you able to find the information? What do you like about the current site, and what do you dislike? The answers to these questions and others will help us improve your experience. We want to develop a site that responds to your needs.

 We've launched a brief five-minute survey<https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/VVNLFHC> to gather your thoughts on how to make our future website even better. Answers to these and other survey questions will guide our website's redesign.

"We're committed to modernizing the county website to enhance transparency and make county services easily accessible," said Durham County Board of Commissioners Chair Nida Allam. "To ensure we're moving in the right direction, we value feedback from our community as we work to improve this essential service."

Durham County staff will gather input from diverse cultural groups and business partners across the County. The primary goals for this website redesign project include:


  1.  Creating a visually appealing website that makes it easy to find what you need.

  1.  Improving navigation and searchability.

  1.  Creating greater accessibility for those facing visual and other challenges.

  1.  Optimizing the user experience for those on mobile devices and tablets.

The re-design project is expected to be complete in the Spring of 2025. Thank you in advance for your participation.
