The Primary is in March which isn't as far off as you might think! The County Commission race will be decided in the Primary because all the candidates are Democrats.

Here are some important pieces of information from those documents so you are prepared:

The voter registration deadline is:

  *   Friday, February 9th at 5:00 p.m.

Will you be out of town between February 15th to March 5th? Absentee-by-mail voting begins:

  *   Friday, January 19th begins absentee voting
  *   Last day to request absentee/no excuse vote by mail: February 27th

Early voting will be held:

  *   Thursday, February 15th to Saturday, March 2nd

Primary Election Day --- Tuesday, March 5th ---- polling places will be open from 6:30 am to 7:30 pm on Election Day.
