Part of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, the NEVI program aims to create a national network of 500,000 electric vehicle charging stations along designated alternative fuel corridors (AFCs). In North Carolina, the NEVI funding will provide approximately $109 million to continue the build-out of the state’s electric vehicle charging infrastructure, accomplish the goals set forth in Executive Order 246, and accelerate the work of the NC Clean Transportation Plan by: </span></span></span></span></p>

The plan will be carried out in two phases: </span></span></span></span></p>
