 and with our civic partner towards developing dialogue materials about this difficult issue.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><u></u></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">It can be hard to learn about technically and emotionally complex issues like affordable housing for the first time. We hope to make materials that help and prepare people to have these conversations with people in their lives – and we’re
 ready to test some of these engagement materials with people in Durham. <u></u><u></u></p>
