<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal">Big Sweep volunteers are provided bags, gloves, litter grabbers, and vests. The City’s Neighborhood Improvement Services Department and the Durham County General Services Department ensure that
 all collected litter is properly recycled or sent to the landfill. <o:p></o:p></p>
